Lincoln Terrace Tudor Revival Renaissance

Lincoln Terrace is a beautiful neighborhood situated between NE 21st to the north, NE 13th to the south, and Stiles Ave to the west and Phillips Ave to the east – AND is a designated Historical Preservation District community.

Consistently inconsistent in that while many of the design elements are the same, no two houses are exactly alike – this can be attributed to most of the homes being built by G.A. Nichols. It is no surprise then, that Lincoln Terrace boasts being one of the highest ranking neighborhoods of historical integrity in Oklahoma City.

Nearby are the Oklahoma State Capitol, Oklahoma Historical Center, Governor’s Mansion, Harn Homestead, OU Health Science Center and other medical facilities. Minutes from downtown and midtown adds to the attraction!

As OKC’s Urban Core expands eastward, Lincoln Terrace and neighboring Medical Community have undergone a renaissance of sorts with many home renovations completed and  many more renovations under way. There are many classic beauties from the 1920s-1930s of mainly Tudor Revival (AKA English Cottage) style – with a couple Ranch and Modern homes sprinkled in.
