About Kimberly Crossing

Kimberly Crossing is located in north Edmond, off of Edmond road between Santa Fe and Kelly Ave. By accessing the Broadway extension, only a few miles away from the neighborhood, residents may access any part of Oklahoma City and Edmond.

This peaceful neighborhood has almost 300 houses spread throughout the community. Homes in Kimberly Crossing are full of families, single adults, and older adults, so anyone can make a comfortable place to live. The homeowners association provides gated access in the form of a remote control and/or gate code which provides additional security for homeowners.

The homeowners association, as mentioned above, not only provides gate code access, but manages the community. This includes the playground, park, gate area, and any other necessities. It is managed by volunteer community members which are elected by homeowners during the annual homeowners association meeting in December. In addition, there are also annual dues for the community that can be paid in person, by mail, or online through Neighborhood Plus (see below). The current dues are $345. Types of Homes

Kimberly Crossing features under 300 single-family homes. All homes in the area must be at least 1700 square feet and no more than 2 stories in height. Homes in the area feature attached garages. Median home prices for Kimberly Crossing are $215,000. All household pets are allowed, however, no outdoor pets such as fowl or horses.

Schools in the Area

There are plenty of public schools in the Edmond area, all serviced by Edmond Public Schools except for the universities. The public schools closest to Kimberly Crossing are Ida Freeman Elementary, Central Middle school, and North High school. The University of Central Oklahoma, which is less than 3 miles away, and Oklahoma Christian University are the universities in the Edmond area.

Medical Access

There is no shortage of medical access in the Kimberly Crossing community. With plenty of doctors, urgent cares, and emergency rooms nearby, you will always be taken care of. All of these services are located less than 10 minutes away from community.

Nearby Amenities

There is plenty of shopping, dining, fitness, and golf near Kimberly Crossing. For shopping and dining, residents may chose to travel east into central Edmond for the amenities or can head west to the northwest side of Oklahoma City to see different attractions. For fitness, check out the newest YMCA of Oklahoma, Mitch Park, which is located about 10 minutes northeast of Kimberly Crossing and offers fitness, activities for children, and pools with water slides. Golf Courses nearby include Oak Tree National and Oak Tree Country Club to the east. These golf courses also include nature parks, so enjoy walks with the family.
