About Creek Bend

Creek Bend is a newer community, built in 1998. Lying in northeast Edmond off of East 15th Street and between S Coltrane Rd and I-35. The neighborhood is surrounded by plenty of trees, parks, trails, and plenty of beautiful scenery.

The Creek Bend community is managed by a homeowners association that provides annual maintenance to the neighborhood. Each homeowner is a member starting from their move in date. The homeowners association has annual dues of $300 to help provide for the maintenance and any other necessities of the are may need. There are also annual meetings that the homeowners association puts on. These usually occur in October, but residents will be notified in advance regarding time and location.

Types of Homes

Although Creek Bend is a smaller neighborhood, it is very prestigious. Homes in the area have varying sizes in square footage. Most average about 3,500 square feet, while some come close to near 5,000 square feet. The average home price is $500,000, but this can increase due to home size, number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and featured amenities. Homes are at least 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, but most feature 4-5 bedrooms and 3-4 bathrooms. Another feature is that every home has a 2 car garages attached to it. Some homes also feature another detached garage. Some homes even feature an outdoor pool in the backyard. Utilities

Creek Bend sits inside the City of Edmond limits, therefore it is serviced by City of Edmond utilities and water and Edmond Electric. If needed, Oklahoma Natural Gas (ONG) provides gas. Available cable and internet is through Cox Cable or AT&T.

Schools in the Area

The schools that provide for Creek Bend are Will Rogers Elementary School, Central Middle School, and Memorial High School. These schools are within the Edmond Public School system. If you are looking for a university, the closest are in Edmond. They are the University of Central Oklahoma and Oklahoma Christian University.

Medical Access

Creek Bend is lucky enough to have several hospitals within a less than 10 minute drive. To the east is Integris Health Edmond. They feature an emergency room and doctor’s offices for all your needs.  To the south lies Mercy Quailbrook, a doctor’s group that not only features well care, but also an urgent care facility.

Nearby Amenities
There are plenty of shopping, dining, golf, fitness, and more amenities around Creek Bend that you and your family can enjoy! Plenty of shopping and dining lie just a few minutes from the neighborhood. The street Creek Bend sits on to the south, 15th Street, has plenty of amenities, but if you’re looking for a bit more variety, head north to 2nd street and the Bryant Place Shopping Center. Golf Courses nearby include Oak Tree National and Oak Tree Country Club to the east. These golf courses also include nature parks, so enjoy walks with the family. For fitness, check out the Rankin YMCA, just 5 minutes to the west of Creek Bend. They offer indoor and outdoor fitness classes as well as plenty of fun for the kids.
