About Chimney Hill

The central Edmond community of Chimney Hill lies north of east 15th Street, between Bryant and Coltrane. There are several neighboring communities including Turtle Creek and Creek Bend, but Chimney Hill offers its own charm and beauty unlike any other. This community was established in 1976 and features homes built at that time and newer ones as well.

The homeowners association of Cedar Ridge is in charge of maintaining the common areas, entranceway, and pool. There are annual dues of $286. These can be paid at the annual meeting, in person, or by mail. There are regular meetings that take place almost monthly. Residents are notified of these meetings via email or mail at least 10 days prior.

A sub-committee of the homeowners association is the architectural committee. They will approve any property changes that residents may request. Any requests must be made in writing. The committee will review and let the resident know within 30-60 days after receiving the requested change.
