About Cedar Lake Estates
Cedar Lake Estates is located in Northwest Edmond, off of Waterloo and N Broadway. With close access to central Edmond and Broadway extension to the east, Cedar Lake Estates retains its place as a close community with plenty of amenities.

Cedar Lake Estates has an established Members Association which all residents are a part of as soon as they move in the community. Cedar Lake Estates is a gated community with gates at both entrances and also features security cameras as well. Residents, builders, and guests will need a gate code to enter the neighborhood. Residents and their guests can access the common area located in the community which features a dock that can be used for fishing. The commons area can also be reserved for residential parties or gatherings. The Members Associates does request a reservation to be made. Also available on the Members Association website, members can view past and future events that the community hosts. Some of these include residential meetings, neighborhood garage sales, and events including a Ladies Night. Feel free to use the above link to view some of these events.
Home Owners Association Dues
There are annual dues which are $600, and they are due by May 1st each year. Dues cover the Cedar Lake Estates annual operating and maintenance costs. We at Sikes Real Estate are happy to help you set up arrangements for these annual dues.
Types of Homes
Median home prices for homes in the Cedar Lake Estates area are $285,000. All homes in Cedar Lake Estates must be a minimum of 2400 square feet and no more than 2 stories tall. Garages must be at least 2 cars wide. In keeping with the architectural harmony of the community, any additions or changes to a buyer’s property must be approved by the Architectural Committee of the Members Associations. Members may submit changes in writing at least 30 days prior to construction. Utilities
Cedar Lake Estates uses rural water and is a member of Rural Water District 1. Residents have the option of installing private well water, but that can incur a fee. The City of Edmond serves as the utility carrier for the neighborhood. Cox Cable and AT&T are also available.
Schools in the Area
Heritage Elementary school serves the neighborhood as the primary elementary school for Cedar Lake Estates. Cheyenne Middle school is the primary middle school for the neighborhood while North High school serves the area as well. The University of Central Oklahoma and Oklahoma Christian University are available for university studies.
Medical Access
Integris Family Care Coffee Creek provides family medical care and is only about a 10-minute drive southwest of Cedar Lake Estates. Both Access Medical Urgent Care and Integris Health Edmond which features an emergency room if needed are located to the southwest. Both facilities are about a 15-minute drive.
Amenities
The newest YMCA of Oklahoma, Mitch Park, is located about 5 minutes south of Deer Creek Estates and offers fitness, activities for children, and pools with water slides. Golf Courses nearby include Oak Tree National and Oak Tree Country Club to the east. These golf courses also include nature parks, so enjoy walks with the family.
